- Details of the methodology
To determine the Best Employers in South Korea 2021, various independent surveys from a sample of employees will be conducted.
The employees will not be asked to participate via their employers, but anonymously through both
and
and several online panels.
By doing so, the employee can openly state his/her opinion, avoiding any influence from their employer. Relevant employers are companies from all industries employing at least 200 employees in South Korea.
The main criteria are the likelihood of recommendation of employees’ own employer as well as others.

Gathering valuable insights from South Korea’s employees to show and award which companies stand out as excellent employers.

Starting on 20th May, ending on 3rd July 2020

February 2021 (print and online)
- How many respondents we aim to get
As many as possible. All readers have the possibility to take part in the survey and to give their opinion about their employers and others employers.
In addition, various online access panels will be used to collect a large number of recommendations from South Korea’s employees.
