Crackdown on air pollution

Cameras film cars in central Seoul, Sunday, to compare with a database to identify whether they are old diesel cars or other vehicles that emit excessive air pollution. Starting this month, owners of vehicles categorized as Grade 5 in terms of emissions will be fined 250,000 won ($212) if they drive in the city's so-called Green Transport Zones, which cover areas within the Seoul City Wall. / Yonhap
