Education Minister Yoo Eun-hae talks with members of the non-regular school workers' union, Tuesday, on a street near Cheong Wa Dae, where they have staged rallies demanding a wage increase. The education authorities and the union agreed to raise basic pay by 1.8 percent and transport allowance by 40,000 won.
