Nodeul Island reopens as music venue
The western half of Nodeul Island, a small Han River island, will be reopened as a live music venue on Sept. 28. The three-floor cultural complex there includes a 456-seat live hall, an indie bookstore co-op, a bike station and a handmade crafts market.
