Sejong University ranked 12th among Korean schools and within 600 in the 2018 Times Higher Education (THE) world university ranking.
The THE ranking evaluates 13 elements under the categories of teaching, research, citations, international outlook and industry income every year.
In detail, Sejong ranked seventh among Korean universities in citations, which is up from ninth last year.
Currently, Sejong has 1,680 international students of 45 nationalities and it sends as many as 500 students to partner universities abroad each year.
As a means of heightening its global competitiveness, Sejong University has created four tracks for international students in business administration, hospitality and tourism management, computer engineering and public administration _ in which all compulsory and elective courses are provided in English.
