Moon presides over NSC meeting to discuss Ukraine crisis

President Moon Jae-in presided over a meeting of the National Security Council, Tuesday, to discuss the crisis in Ukraine, according to Cheong Wa Dae.

The meeting, took place at the presidential office at 11 a.m., and comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the deployment of troops to two breakaway regions in Ukraine after recognizing their independence. (Yonhap)
