Sim Sang-jung, the minor opposition Justice Party's presidential candidate, pays a silent tribute in Yeosu, South Jeolla Province, Thursday, to Hong Jeong-woon, a high school senior who drowned on Oct. 6 while participating in his school's apprenticeship program.
