Call to arrest Chun

Civic activists hit a statue of former President Chun Doo-hwan with shoes and fists at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, Thursday, in a performance marking the 40th anniversary of the 1979 Dec. 12 military coup through which Chun rose to power.
