The Korea Times appointed its chief editorial writer, Oh Young-jin, managing editor of the newly established digital content department Friday.

It appointed City Editor Shim Jae-yun deputy managing editor.

Assistant business editor Lee Hyo-sik was promoted to city editor and assistant sports editor Kang Hyun-kyung to culture-sports editor.

The reshuffle reflects the Times’ renewed commitment to bolstering its digital news department and providing better digital content to readers.
