Practical support for disabled children

Members of the Korean Parents' Network for People with Disabilities (KPNPD) stage a rally in front of Cheong Wa Dae, Thursday, to call for more practical care services for children with developmental disorders. They held the protest unexpectedly, trying to enter the presidential office to meet President Moon Jae-in and clashing with police officers. They dispersed after delivering written demands to Cheong Wa Dae officials. Yonhap
