Return to work

Listen

South Gyeongsang Province Governor Kim Kyoung-soo arrives for work at his office in Changwon, Thursday, a day after being released on bail after 77 days of detention for online opinion-rigging charges. He was sentenced to two years in prison in January for colluding with a blogger to carry out an illicit operation to sway online public opinion in favor of then-presidential candidate Moon Jae-in before the 2017 presidential election. The appeals court approved bail, saying he was unlikely to flee or destroy evidence. /Yonhap
