An angry driver in Incheon blocked the path of an ambulance for 10 critical minutes on Monday, after the medical vehicle rear-ended his car while rushing a child to the hospital.
According to

SBS
, the ambulance was transporting a four-year-old child in critical condition to the hospital. The child suffers from a brain disorder.
The driver, who was in front of the ambulance, made a sudden stop and was hit from behind.
Footage taken from the ambulance’s dashboard camera shows the driver refuse to move his car. The driver is seen taking a photo of the ambulance.
The driver ― whose face was blurred in the news report ― reportedly demanded compensation.
The mother of the child was seen pleading with the driver to let the ambulance pass, even attempting to show the child to the driver. Staffers of the ambulance said they told the driver that insurance would cover the damage.
Eventually, one of the staffers managed to move the car. The child was delivered to the hospital and treated.
Police were investigating to see whether the driver could be held accountable under the law.
