A stabbing incident occurred at an apartment complex in the southeastern city of Changwon on Friday, leaving one woman in her 20s in cardiac arrest and one man in his 30s seriously injured, police said.
The incident occurred at the apartment shopping center's parking lot in Changwon's Seongsan district, at 11:36 a.m., they said.
The woman was reportedly stabbed by a weapon wielded by the man.
A witness told investigators that the woman ran from near the apartment to the shopping center shouting for help. The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
