A 14-year old girl dies in a fatal diving accident in Incheon. Yonhap

A teenage diver died on Saturday after hitting her head on a springboard while training at the Park Tae-hwan Literature Pool in Incheon, police said Sunday.

The girl, 14, was dead on arrival at a hospital.

Police are looking into the exact cause of the accident.
