A Russian was caught driving a car the wrong way under the influence of marijuana, police said Wednesday.
He was caught on a road in Juan-dong, Incheon, Sunday night. He told police he had smoked marijuana a day earlier.
Police are investigating where the man, 41, obtained the illegal drug.
