The hotel chairman, 68, ordered the chauffeur, 37, to get out of the car and then drove away, according to an interview with the victim.

The chauffeur alleged similar incidents happened three or four times during the two months he worked for the chairman.

The driver was taking the chairman home to Seocho-dong after he finished his golf round at Lakewood Country Club in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.

The chairman also fired a chef at the Lakewood restaurant on July 23.

The chef claims she was advised to resign after the chairman scolded her for serving thick noodles for cold bean-soup noodles.

The Le Meridien hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was formerly known as the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
