A newborn baby has been found dead in the Han River, Seoul, police said Sunday.
According to Gwangjin Police Station, the baby boy was found at the Ttukseom Han River Park at around 6:05 a.m.
When found, the baby still had his umbilical cord attached. Police believe he died several days ago.
The National Forensic Service will perform an autopsy.
