An unauthorized South Korean tour guide was arrested in Thailand’s resort city of Phuket on Sunday for letting Korean tourists feed fish at coral reefs.

The Phuket Gazette reported that Nam Kwang-hyun was arrested at Koh Racha Yai. Nam was then found not to have a license. He was arrested after a Thai conservationist posted a video clip on social media, in which Nam was seen taking tourists to dive and feed fish. Feeding fish at coral reefs is reportedly illegal there.

Nam is charged with feeding fish at coral reefs, for which he faces up to a year in jail or a 100,000 baht fine -- or both.

He is being held at the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR), according to the report.
