Ryan Goessl, owner of The Studio HBC in central Seoul's Haebangchon neighborhood and conductor of Camarata Music, is celebrating another trip around the sun with a show featuring six bands this Saturday.
The participating bands include punk band Riot Kidz, "Irish" Korean punk band Daddy O Radio, Dyed Pearls, Pyeongtaek-based metalcore band CDC, expat band Kimchi Cowboys and newcomers Dopemine.
"I am bringing some of my favorite bands," Goessl told The Korea Times. "I'm really excited to have Riot Kidz and Daddy O Radio, especially, but also having all of the other regulars there, who are also a ton of fun. It is a great variety, and we are really trying to keep HBC weird."
The first band starts at 6 p.m., and entry costs 20,000 won, a portion of which will be donated to various charities. Visit @thestudiohbc on Instagram for more information.
