Camarata Music Company (CMC) auditions for the Camarata Chamber Singers 2016-17 season are now underway at Camarata Music Studio in Haebangchon (HBC), Seoul.

Auditions will continue until all available spots are filled.

The CMC is a nonprofit organization that includes the Camarata Children’s Choir, Chorale, Camarata Chamber Singers and Camarata Orchestra comprised of members of over 70 nationalities. It provides collaborative performances for musicians of all nationalities residing in Korea.

The Chamber Singers are the face of the CMC.

They are an auditioned choir of 30 singers that perform a variety of musical genres regularly throughout the year, including classical, jazz, pop, musical theater and contemporary music, from the Renaissance to present day, for a wide range of functions and performances.

To request an audition, please email info@camaratamusic.com, or call 010-9806-8655 (after Aug. 4).

“Spots in all sections (soprano, alto, tenor, and bass) are available,” the music company says on its homepage.

To audition, prepare one song that you sing best, and show off your voice to the best of your ability.
