In the spirit of ANZAC, this month’s Sundowner and Hui networking events will be co-hosted by AustCham Korea and Kiwi Chamber at Conrad Seoul from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on April 25.

ANZAC refers to the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who fought at Gallipoli in the Ottoman Empire during World War I.

Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand, commemorated by both countries on April 25 every year to honor these members.

In Seoul there is a dawn service at the War Memorial of Korea. A sundowner is a social drinking event after work and a hui is a New Zealand term for a social gathering or assembly.

Tickets cost 35,000 won for members and 40,000 for non-members.

For reservations contact chamber@kiwichamber.com by the end of business on April 23.
