South Korea's military said Monday it has determined that a North Korean mine was almost certainly responsible for last week's explosion in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), holding Pyongyang fully responsible and announcing corresponding measures.
The military said North Korea bears full responsibility for the incident and that it would take corresponding measures.
