South Korea and Japan will hold a working-level defense meeting for bilateral cooperation in Seoul Thursday, the Ministry of National Defense said Tuesday.
The meeting is the 15th of its kind since 1994, it said in a press release.
The two sides will exchange views on ways to promote bilateral cooperation on defense affairs, it said.
Kim Kyu-hyun, chief of the ministry's international cooperation bureau, will lead the Korean delegation, while Hironori Kanazawa, deputy director of the Japanese Defense Ministry's defense policy bureau, will head the Japanese delegation.
