A Korean man has been found dead in his car on the outskirts of Guatemala City.
The man, 55, surnamed Park, had been severely assaulted and his face was masked when found on Tuesday, police said.
Park owned a sewing factory for more than 20 years on the outskirts of the city.
He sent a KakaoTalk message to his family at 6 p.m. Monday saying he would be home in 30 minutes.
Police said Park was kidnapped and then killed by someone who had a grudge against him.
The investigation is continuing.
