Four Korean tourists have died and another was seriously injured in a car accident in Nepal on Monday, according to a foreign ministry official.
The ministry said a rental car the victims were traveling in crashed into a bus. They were driving from Pokhara to the nation's capital city of Kathmandu when the accident occured.
The dead included two men in their 60s and two women in their 50s. A man in his 60s survived the accident, but is in a critical condition, the ministry official said.
Following the incident, about 10 bus passengers were also injured and moved to a nearby hospital.
The accident took place due to thick fog in the highway, local police reported.
