Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel’s signature restaurant “Feast” will present an Indian food promotion, India@Feast, from March 13-22.

A guest chef from Sheraton Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway will be in charge of menus which include dal makhani, a dish of black lentils finished with cream and ghee, “tandoori lamb chops, lamb chops cooked with Indian spices, gulab jamon,” an Indian milk dumpling with sugar syrup and carrot halwa, grated carrot with sugar, almond and cardamom milk. The lunch buffet will cost 60,000 won during weekdays, while the price is 80,000 won for dinner. On Saturdays and Sundays, the feast will cost 89,000 won and 85,000 won, respectively, with seafood and grilled meat buffet extra. Tax and service charges are included. Sheraton Incheon Hotel’s Chinese restaurant YUE will present authentic Cantonese food with two chefs from Hong Kong from March 13-22.

Two chefs ― Chan Lap Sun and Lee Jam Ho ― will prepare Yunnan fish with ham sauce, abalone and scallop, beef tenderloin with Hong Kong-style wasabi sauce and braised fish and Hong Kong-style barbeque.

The two chefs are members of the Jocky Club, the best social community in Hong Kong. Chef Chan is working at Cook-Po Chun Kitchen at Jocky Club and was awarded a silver medal in the 2011 Best of the Best Culinary Awards in the vegetable category. Chef Lee specializes in barbeque. The Mayfield Hotel’s lobby lounge Royal Mile is presenting special strawberry drink and cake menus until April 30. The list includes strawberry juice, milkshake, martini and tea.

Conrad Seoul’s buffet restaurant ZEST will feature Cantonese cuisine from March 5-15, with a visiting chef from the Conrad Hong Kong. Guests will have a chance to win a travel voucher to Hong Kong for two people, or a Conrad Hong Kong lodging and dining voucher and buffet voucher.

The menus include pork bone soup, steamed scallops with mushrooms and garlic sauce, drunken chicken and sweet and sour pork with pineapple and bell peppers. The chef will also feature a variety of seafood and tropical vegetables and fruit. The Millennium Seoul Hilton is presenting special spring menus at its buffet restaurant Cafe 395 until the end of May.

The new menu includes stir-fried spring greens with sea food, asparagus salad, dessert with fresh herbs, dishes using cabbage, sedum, wild chives and seed ginseng.
