A woman in her 20s has been rounded up by the police in Daejeon for her involvement in a murder case.
The 27-year-old has been charged with stabbing a 23-year-old Oh with a deadly instrument and then strangulating her in a villa in the central Korean city Jan. 23.
The crime was discovered following the inspection of CCTV (closed-circuit television) tapings around the residential building which eventually led to Kim’s incarceration.
Following investigations found Oh’s blood stains on Kim’s clothing and shoes in her apartment.
Police officers said the two apparently met on the rooftop of the villa to discuss job opportunities, after which they came down to Oh’s one-room apartment.
In the pursuing conversation, Oh mentioned something about Kim’s physical appearance being a problem which is believed to have led to her stabbing and strangulating Oh to death.
