Police in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, has arrested two men, including a 27-year-old Goh, for allegedly drinking with a woman, dragging her to a motel, raping her and leaving her to die. They were charged with sexual assault.
The woman who was assaulted apparently lost her conscience and was found dead one week later.
According to the police, Goh and a 23-year-old Shin took a 21-year-old Shin, who was working part-time at the company where they worked Aug. 27. When the woman was deeply intoxicated at 4:35 a.m., the two men allegedly took her to a nearby motel and raped her.
In the afternoon, Goh called the woman and returned to the motel at 2:40 p.m., found her unconscious and called 119. She was transported to the hospital and was given Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation but did not wake up and was pronounced dead at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 4.
