Gyeonggi Province will hold a Korean goods trade fair in Mumbai, India, from May 16 to 17, the provincial authorities said Wednesday.

The event called the 2012 G-Fair is for Indian companies to interact with Korean suppliers in one-on-one meetings in a convenient business environment and possibly take up the distribution of Korean products for the Indian subcontinent.

Seventy-one Korean companies will participate in the trade show. They will include manufacturers of consumer products, electronics and electrical materials, industrial equipment, automobile parts and household goods.

The fair is co-organized by Gyeonggi Province, the Gyeonggi Small and Medium Business Center and Gyeonggi Business Center (GBC) Mumbai. It will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel at Lalit Mumbai’s Lalit Plaza with no registration fee.
