A car is spotted running at high speed on a street in a video clip, carrying three elementary school students in its trunk wide open in Daejeon, 150 kilometers south of Seoul.

The vehicle in question also changed lanes on the six-lane road where many automobiles were crowded, which could have ended up in a severe accident.

The 30-second-long video was uploaded on the Youtube, a video sharing website, on Sept. 25 by a driver who shot the vehicle running dangerously with his “black box” or an event data recorder (EDR) on the rear mirror.

It has not been revealed who the driver is and why the children were in an open trunk.

“He must be insane. How could he drive in such a dangerous way while carrying the children in the trunk?” “It is hard to believe that it happened in Korea” and “He has no idea what he’s doing” are a few of the comments from netizens.

In the mean time, those driving vehicles with passengers in the trunk face a fine of 40,000 won, according to the relevant law.
