Builder Snaps Ghost Boy

A builder demolishing an old school discovered this eerie image of a young boy in a mobile phone picture taken of the site.

The snap of the part-demolished brick building seems to show a boy aged around eight with short hair and wearing old-fashioned clothing, standing looking into the camera.

Workman John Fores, 47, only spotted the shadowy figure when he was looking back through the photos.

Fores said: "I took a few pictures and at the time didn't notice anything.

"But when I put the pictures on the computer and I saw the figure, the hairs on the back of my neck stuck up. I couldn't believe what I had seen.''

The school, which is still in use, was built in 1936. Caretaker Gordon Bradshaw, 54, said the school has long had a reputation for being haunted.

오래된 학교 건물을 철거하던 한 건설인부가 건설현장에서 찍은 휴대전화 사진 속에 으스스한 남자 아이 모습이 발견됐다.

일부가 철거된 벽돌 건물의 사진에서 짧은 머리와 옛날 스타일의 옷을 입은 8살 가량의 남자아이가 카메라를 응시하고 있는 것이 포착된 것이다.

인부인 존 포레스는 그림자 같은 모습을 나중에 사진을 보다가 발견했다.

포레스는 "몇 장의 사진을 찍었는데 그 당시에는 알지 못했다"고 말했다.

그는 "그러나 사진을 컴퓨터에 옮겼을 때 남자아이를 발견했고, 뒷목에 털이 곤두서는 느낌이었다. 내가 본 것을 믿을 수 없었다"고 덧붙였다.

아직 사용되고 있는 이 학교는 1936년 지어졌다. 고던 브래드쇼 수위는 학교에 오래 전부터 귀신이 있다는 소문을 들었다고 전했다.
