Finnair Introduces Special Deals
Ahead of the holiday season, Finnair has introduced a special business-class deal on flights from Seoul to European destinations that will run throughout December. To be eligible for the deal, a passenger must book at least four days and at most a month, in advance. The special offer starts from 2,800,000 won per ticket.
The airline's business class offers the optimum level of comfort and convenience, providing laptop connections and flat-bed seats.
Finland's flagship carrier has been flying to Korea for less than two years, but has given much attention to developing the Korean market as Asia's gateway to Europe through aggressive marketing. The Seoul-Helsinki route is their shortest one linking Asia and Europe. Most planes pass over Helsinki on their way to Western Europe.
The direct service has brought more Koreans to Finland, which is famous for its spectacular views.
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, the fourth largest among Nordic countries, will open a new terminal Friday after three years of construction. The new terminal will provide faster transit services for passengers flying to Helsinki, a publicist for the airline said.
Finnair, one of the oldest existing airlines in the world, marked its 85th anniversary last year.
