Expats Counseling Due Sunday

Listen

Seoul Global Center (SGC) will offer counseling for expatriates and multicultural families about the difficulties they face in their daily lives, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday outside Itaewon Station on subway line no. 6, where a bus with counselors will be parked.

The center has been offering free counseling since April and has helped 4,500 foreigners over 19 sessions.

Expatriates can receive counseling on labor and legal issues, consumer problems such as opening cellular phone accounts, and other general concerns.

A team of 15 counselors including a lawyer and two labor attorneys will be there with translation service available.

Additional counseling will be provided through email or by telephone if counselors don’t have time to deal with everyone.
