The military prosecution said Tuesday that it has arrested two military officers on the charge of leaking classified information on the relocation of the Defense Security Command (DSC) to a construction firm in 2006.

An official of the firm was also arrested for violating the Military Information Protection Law, according to investigators.

The two officers, from the Army and Air Force, handed over a CD carrying a design drawing of new DSC buildings to be relocated to Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, and other related information to the firm in 2008, they said.

The company is presumed to have used the information to win a contract for the relocation project, the investigators said.
