Men Convicted for Threatening to Kill Justice

Two men were convicted for threatening an incumbent Supreme Court Justice.
They were sentenced to two years in prison and six months in prison suspended for two years, respectively, Seoul Central District Court said Sunday.
They were arrested and indicted in November 2007 on charges of threatening to kill Supreme Court Justice Park Si-hwan, alleging he misruled a case involving them.
``Their series of intimidating actions against the justice cannot be justified by any reason. Also, they have felt no remorse for what they did,'' judge Park Chang-jai said.
