Gimcheon city in North Gyeongsang Province said it will form a special task force to deal with wild animals damaging plants.
The team consisting of 15 members will work until the end of October to catch wild animals ruining plants at farms. The target animals are wild boar, elk, Korean squirrel, magpie and streptopelia orientalis.
Those who find these animal on their farms are asked to call the city or county office to have the team take action.
