PHOTOS Heavy snow in parts of Korea

Cars move slowly along the road after overnight snow in Jongno District, Seoul, Feb. 22. Seoul had 14 centimeters of snow overnight, whereas Gangwon Province had almost 1 meter of snow. The weather agency said the snow will stop in the morning on the same day for Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Gangwon Province. For the central Chungcheong provinces, the snow is expected to stop in the evening. Yonhap
