International Women’s Day

To inspire the minds, hearts and souls of the global society, including Korea, we need to understand, analyze, interpret and adopt the empowerment of women more than their liberation which has otherwise proved anti-women to some extent on March 8, International Women’s Day.

The best method for the empowerment of women is the relationship management as a daughter, sister, wife, mother and mother in law to be learnt from family members with a definite role of the man in father, brother, husband, son and father in law.

She includes he; woman includes man; madam includes Adam. Man and woman cannot be thought of as separate entities.

Women have the biological supremacy for bearing and rearing a child. Let us accept the reality of inequality and superiority of women in this sense which is a social reality.

To establish social justice for woman, there is a strong case for equal educational opportunities. This enables them to rise on the career ladder. To open a larger window for brilliant women form the lower classes, we must impart high-quality education and skills.

Investment in training is necessary and a sufficient condition for women’s empowerment. To redeem mankind without conflict, we need cooperation and coordination instead of competition which is sometimes unhealthy.

Let us resolve gender inequality by balancing our mindset in the red color of blood flowing in the veins of all. Let us understand the science of the soul known as spirituality which is gender neutral.

Accusing one another must stop for cordial relations. Individually, we are one drop. Together we are an ocean of love and affection for the society which calls for some degree of inequality between men and women and is a social and biological reality.

There is always pleasure in giving more than receiving love and affection between the two genders with respect for each other.

To my mind, spiritual bankruptcy and behavioral pollution are the root causes of the worsening relations between men and women today.

In order to change the perception of a woman, we need a “SHE” model with the spiritualistic, humanistic and existential aspects of life.

Spiritually guided materialism needs to be understood and propagated. This calls for the world to move from a want-based economy to a need-based one. Spirituality is essential for the removal of stress and strain as well as social and economic health of the society for all times to come. The humanistic aspects can be learnt from the meditation of the tongue with words which are liked by others and spoken for a good relationship management.

Women need to be made existential through retention, respect and responsibility (three Rs of human resource management). Women are more existential than men mainly because of the former's higher emotional quotient including patience, motivation and empathy with others in all circumstances.

To make her existential, I have developed an “ASK” model of existence. Head and heart must form the positive attitude through patience, confidence and intelligence. The skills of relationship management with morality, credibility and accountability can ensure respect for them. A woman must have complete, full, up-to-date, accurate knowledge of the complex society with biases of all kinds.

Thus, gender sensitization can only be taken care of appropriately through the SHE model consisting of spiritualistic, humanistic and existential aspects of life with abilities of head and heart.
