Improve Safety of Seoul Subway

I'm writing this letter to comment on the Seoul subway system. I have some safety concerns about the subway.
My first concern is over the section between Gangbyeon Station and Seongnae Station on Line No. 2 (Green Line). It seems the bridge has a problem.
The subway train has begun traveling very slowly over the bridge. I am very concerned that the bridge may have been built during the time that Seongsu Bridge was built?
Second, a notice on the subway car door seems to suggest that the subway in Seoul is in danger of a ``train wreck."
This notice seems to compare the dilapidated state of the subway to the U.S. imports of beef and mad cow disease, saying it is an ``accident waiting to happen."
These two things are causing me great concern about the state of the older parts of the Seoul subway.
I would also like to note that on the Korea Railroad (KORAIL) section of the system. On the Bundang Line, going northbound toward Seonneung Station from Bokjeong Station on May 20, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the subway car.
In fact there were over 20 mosquitoes that I could count from where I was standing. I consider this a serious health risk.
I want a quick reply about the conditions of subway safety from the municipal authorities. I don't feel as though I can continue using the subway, as it seems to be unsafe.
