In the span of history , many countries have become freinds and foes. Countries have gone to experince to be closer with each other from several factors. In the process of social, political, economical , and cultural dymamics of the world, relationships between and among countries have been modified or established. We can take example of cold war, sorts of relationships that were largely backed by the interest of military relationship. The globalization and privation on the one hand and the intrusion of media and information have brought many countries together, which, in the past, was not possible.Today's world is advancing: flows and inflows of informations bring people together, therby opening new hopes of relationships.

On this backdrop, various factors seem to have worked compatible to patch relationship and ties. As was the cas, in the ninteenth century, the relationship was mostly guided by millitary support. Then came the wake of the economic ties. Many countries, after the bitter experinces of wars, treid to rebuild their relationship to boost economic possibilities at their disposal. In the later times, however, there came a surge of further possibilities of corporate culture and joint venture economy, largely backed by globalization and privatization. In this milleu of changing context, the wolrd is witnessing another phase of transformation so that many countries can come together with a hope of mutual ties and relationship. Probably, it may be the cultural exchange that can patch the countries to come closer, which may be a new gamut of establishing ties through concerted efforts of confidence and cooperation.

Relationships are social, political, economical and cutural dynamics, and thus they cannot be studied in the detatchment. Many things have played significant roles: millitary supplies, grants, economic ties, joint ventures, parnerships, participatry economic activities, industrial relationships, and so many other things. Undoubtedly, they have helped cementing relationship between the countries. However, new area of realtionship dynamics like cultural ties among countries is yet to come on the front, for it is getting its rationale in the modern world in view to studying diversified cultures, indegenous traditions, and values unknown to each other. Cultural ties, remained so unnoticed in course of times due to many other big-bang factors, would come on the verge. The modern age is the age of experince and reading. Even children have left to belive in fairy tales and other things which they cannot experince. The same can apply to the matter of relationship because ties and good relationships only can foster when we come closer, feel each other, share things in common. And mediums of cultures may be good things to bring us to harmony and mutual ties. After the colonial era was over, many cultures got their voices to get represented. Asian Studies became popular in the American universities. And American and British litearutes got place in the courses literature in the East. Unlike past, where there was a common misunderstanding among people to view cultures of countries as high and low domain, and study in partial justification, the modern perspective, however, brings forth rather egaltarian approach to analyse cultures. The liberal humanitarian and democratic practices of the world have also helped a lot to tie relationship to further extend cultural relationship into new paradigm.

Moreover, cultural exchange can get another neologism in the relationship of the countries, to which we can roughly call " cultural diplomacy." I think this can be very effective way of patching relationship with the countries, since it will break the concept of regionalism, spherical existence, and geographical proximity that are generally supposed to be prime factors of relationship.Breaking the walls of early traditions trajectories of relationships, it will bring country into the ties that spring from understanding and experincing each other. Cutural ties are therefore possibilities of mutula prosperity through cultures without any sense of hig or low cultural egotism that plagued our past relationship. At the same time, relationship born by this kind will not be based on gain or loss as other relationships. It is just a way to know each other and come closer for better ties.

I think Korean Ministry of Culture and Tourism has taken this fact into consideration in a way to bring people from diffrent cultures and share cultures. As a writer from Nepal, I have got good opportunties to vist diffrent cultural and religious sites, but also have been conversant with the Koren efforts to foster cultual ties. I thin this will be a good potential to drive Korea's relationship not only as economically prspering country, but culturlaly sensirive to the woorld. I am confident that Korea's history of colonial domination and wars may be overshadowed by the rejuvenated efforts of cultural relationships in the world.I really wish this Korean fairy to sail with many other possibilities oc cultural ties!
