Six Hyatt hotels in Korea have recently launched the “Hybrid and Wellness Meeting” package to help elevate the online and offline meeting experiences of guests amid the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
The Hyatt hotels focus on hosting meetings that are different from traditional ones as they emphasize four key concepts: professional care and safety; communication through seamless and streamlined technology platforms; creative and excellent food and beverage service; and a well-being program.
Hyatt International introduced the GBAC (Global Biorisk Advisory Council) STAR accreditation in 2020, which is supported in practice by the Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment to sanitation during the pandemic.
GBAC STAR is a performance-based accreditation program that helps facilities demonstrate that they have the work practices, procedures and protocols to prepare, respond and recover from outbreaks and pandemics.
Hyatt hotels in Korea ― all GBAC STAR-certified ― are well-equipped with cleanliness and safety protocols as well as professional hygiene experts.
They provide various meeting venues of different sizes that can accommodate from 15 to more than 50 people.
With a variety of venues, planners can easily accommodate a meeting of any size in accordance with the government's social distancing guidelines, as well as host online and offline hybrid meetings with seamless and streamlined technology platforms.
With a strong reputation for food and beverage service, Hyatt hotels are evolving their culinary offerings to amplify an already exceptional experience by focusing on food customization using local, seasonal and organic ingredients.
The hotels also offer take-away boxes for guests who cannot have meals on-site, featuring a variety of options such as Korean, Japanese, Western and finger foods. They also host coffee breaks carefully by serving individually packed snacks.
The six Korea-based Hyatt hotels also offer wellness programs for their attendees. There are two options: one focusing on stretching and easing the mind and body, and the other offering mind relaxation techniques that can enhance concentration, by guiding people through meditation with breathing techniques and music.
