Grand Hyatt Seoul launches three Korean grilled burgers

The Grand Hyatt Seoul's Steak House has launched three new unique burgers as part of its special luncheon menu.

The galbi burger, kimchi burger and pumpkin burger were all born from its steak house origins to offer a creative twist on its beef steak burgers by adding a unique set of Korean flavors.

All three Korean grilled burgers include two special side dishes, dirty fries mixed with special homemade kimchi sauce and a side of sweetly marinated thin sliced vegetables.

The menu is available from noon until 2:30pm, Monday through Saturday.

Glad Hotel and Resorts unveils package for foreign travelers

Glad Hotels and Resorts is presenting its “Glad for you” package for individual foreign travelers visiting Seoul.

The package is available at the operator's four properties in Seoul, including the Glad Yeouido and the Glad Gangnam Coex Center until the end of the year. The two others are the Glad Mapo and the Glad Live Gangnam.

The promotion features a one-night stay and one breakfast buffet. In addition, it provides a handmade soap as a welcome gift and a bottle of Budweiser beer or Bundaberg drinks.

Walkerhill to host cherry blossom festival

Walkerhill Hotels and Resorts will bring back its cherry blossom festival next month.

The annual event, marking its 28th anniversary this year, is scheduled to run from April 6 through 28, and it will raise the curtain with its wine and beer fair every Friday and Saturday.

Walkerhill will also hold three types of gourmet dining feasts of Chinese, Italian and Japanese delicacies at Aston House during the festival.

Under the concept of “Newtro,” the Vista Walkerhill Seoul's social lounge Re:BAR will have retro decorations and music, among other entertaining events.

Novotel Dongdaemun provides Happy Hour promotion

The Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels and Resorts has come up with its Happy Hour package.

The promotion, offered on its 20th-floor lobby lounge and bar (“Gourmet Bar”), features buy-one-get-one (BOGO) drinks when an order for either OB Premier Pilsner draft beer or its signature cocktail Social Mule is placed and limited-edition snacks such as plain hot dogs and kimchi hot dogs.

The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays only.
