Signiel Seoul's Stay receives Michelin star

Stay, the modern French restaurant at the Signiel Seoul Hotel, has earned a Michelin star.

The facility opened in April last year on the property's 81st floor, led by chef Yannick Alleno.

Stay has become the second restaurant of the hotel to receive a coveted Michelin star status following Bicena, a classy Korean restaurant which was first awarded one star in the Michelin guide in 2016.

Signiel is the only hotel in Korea to have a Michelin star restaurant for both Western food and Korean dishes.

Mercure Ambassador Gangnam offers diverse Mexican dishes

The Mercure Seoul Ambassador Gangnam Sodowe is hosting its Mexican cuisine promotion until the end of November.

At its Sodowe Restaurant on the second floor, while enjoying a buffet loaded with various Mexican food, guests can pick one main dish from seven options. The buffet menu includes quesadilla, taco, fajita, tortilla salad and avocado salad.

The promotion is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays only.

Sheraton D Cube City to host one-day dinner event

The Sheraton D Cube City Hotel will hold a Wine and Dine evening on Nov. 12.

Its executive chef Henning Leue will present a wine pairing five-course dinner at its 41st-floor restaurant Feast.

Guests will be able to taste cured salmon, followed by consomme, sea bass, steak with black truffle sauce and sweet mango ravioli as dessert.

The Wine and Dine is a one-day event that starts from 7 p.m. and those who want to experience the mid-autumn night dinner are required to make a reservation due to the limited number of seats.

Courtyard Marriott Seoul helps prepare for year-end party

The Courtyard Marriott Seoul Times Square Hotel has launched its year-end party package available at reasonable prices.

The promotion, from Nov. 15 to Dec. 31, is comprised of three types. Two packages offer buffet for 50 persons and other beverage services and the other is customized for 30 persons.

Those who want to have a year-end party at the property need to make a reservation by Nov. 17.
