Park Hyatt Seoul promotes 'The Art of Taste'

Park Hyatt Seoul's The Lounge presents a special dinner with the theme of 'The Ark of Taste,' a global project of preserving valuable specialties and cultural cuisines at risk of being forgotten.

Park Hyatt Seoul has chosen five ingredients registered on 'The Ark of Taste' -- Jeju green soybeans, Jeju traditional pork, blue abalone, agar-agar weed and pheasant yeot -- to create this high-quality dinner menu.

Starting from April 20 and continuing to June 5, this exclusive multi-course menu can be enjoyed for dinner every day from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and is priced at 90,000 won ($85), including tax. No service charge applies.

The Ark of Taste is a worldwide campaign begun in 1996 by Italy's Slow Food Foundation, which identifies traditional ingredients and heritage cuisine, helping regional agricultures by drawing attention to the risks of extinction.

Conrad Seoul offering cherry blossom dining menus

The Conrad Seoul is offering an exclusive range of unique cherry blossom dishes that will captivate people's sight and taste this spring.

Indulge in a traditional afternoon tea, surrounded by a fantastic cherry blossom backdrop, a set dining menu, and drinks to celebrate the fragrant notes of the annual cherry blossom festival.

These unique selections sport a seasonally pink theme which is available for a limited time only this spring, to help you catch the cherry blossoms in their full glory.

The lobby lounge cafe, Flames, presents a tea party “Spring Blossom” to feel the bloom. It is inspired by gardens in full bloom during spring and presents the season's refreshing colors and wonderful fragrances in its tea and treat selections.

Tea-based desserts span an array of colors served alongside a pot of Ronnefeldt tea. The prestigious Royal Albert tea set will bring both the warmth of the tea and the spring days ahead, with its elegant colors and floral-patterned tones. The tea party is priced at 39,000 won ($37) and is only available on weekends.

Also, the hotel's casual cafe 10G is showcasing a selection of cherry blossom drinks throughout the month of April. Choose from a pink Cherry Blossom Smoothie or a sweet Cherry Blossom Latte, starting at 6,600 won.

The grill restaurant, 37 Grill, presents a “37 Grill Cherry Blossom course,” especially for the spring season. Located on the top floor of the hotel, it boasts a spectacular birds-eye view of endless blossoming cherry trees along the river and brings visitors the ultimate dining adventure.
