For those who think they haven’t had enough of summer before it winds down, hotels still have several offers.
The Citadine Haeundae Busan rented a section of the famous Haeundae Beach exclusively for its private beach package guests until Aug. 20.
At the beach, guests can have beach amenities for free _ parasol, two sun beds, tubes for adults and children, lifejackets, first aid kits and blankets. The private beach stays open until 5:30 p.m. each day.
The package also includes a one-night stay in a hotel room, two beach towels, two boxes of sandwiches and two drinks for each person at the beach.

The Grand Hyatt Seoul’s package, good for families with children, is available until Aug. 15.

Young guests can participate in outdoor activities in a small forest next to the hotel, supervised by hotel staff. Children can make arts and crafts, have a water gun fight, learn photography and make a glass of lemonade. The hotel also has an outdoor children’s swimming pool. While children play, adults can enjoy spa treatment at a discounted rate of 30 percent and homemade ice cream made by the hotel’s pastry chef.

The Summer City Getaway package includes a one-night stay in a standard room, a beach towel, access to the swimming pool and fitness center and a 20 percent discount on hotel restaurants. The package costs 165,000 won, excluding tax and service charges. Breakfast is available for an additional charge.
The Summer Weekend Escape package includes a one-night stay in a standard room, breakfast for two, a gift of a beach towel and an extended check-out at 8 p.m. on Sunday. The package guests can also use the fitness room and swimming pool for free and get a 20 percent discount on dining costs in the hotel restaurants.
