The Conrad Seoul is offering two bingsu desserts at 37 Grill and Bar, featuring mango and grapefruit. The desserts will be served in bowls that will showcase three layers of milk-brewed Earl Grey tea, soft creamy ice flakes and fresh fruit of mango or grapefruit pieces on top.
The desserts will also be served with special dry-ice plating that creates a cloud-like mirage. They will be available until Sept. 10. Mango bingsu costs 42,000 won while grapefruit 38,000 won, including tax. For more information and reservations, call (02) 6137-7110.

The Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel is offering three types of bingsu, a summer dessert, until Sept. 10 at the lobby lounge ConneXions.
The signature red bean bingsu features local red beans and injeolmi, a type of rice cake. Persimmon bingsu features vanilla ice cream and sweet ripe persimmon on top and berry bingsu features blueberries, raspberries and strawberry ice cream. The Imperial Palace Seoul Hotel is presenting three types of bingsu featuring Jeju apple mango, red bean and yogurt ice cream & berry at Café Delmar in the lobby.
Jeju apple mango bingsu will have diced apple mangos on top of shaved ice. Red bean bingsu comes with home grown red beans, bean flour power and condensed milk. Yogurt ice cream and berry bingsu will have wild berries over shaved milk ice. Each bingsu costs 23,000 won, including tax. For more information and reservations, call (02) 3440-8000.

The Park Hyatt Seoul is presenting bingsu featuring honey, mango, and makgeolli at The Lounge on the hotel’s 24th floor. Makgeolli is an alcoholic beverage made of rice.
Makgeolli bingsu is a new signature dessert on the menu containing premium makgeolli, Woogokju ice flakes, berries, oranges, grapefruit and pistachio paste and mint on top. Honey bingsu features honey from Mount Worak and big chunks of honeycomb and vanilla ice cream, apple puree and roasted pecans on top. Mango bingsu features mango sauce. The Grand Hyatt Seoul’s café lounge, Gallery, is featuring bingsu with nuts and black sesame.
Guests can have frozen milk, berries, iced espresso and choose between nuts and black sesame. Each bowl of bingsu costs 38,000 won and they are available until the end of September. For more information and reservations, call (02) 799-8165.
