The Seoul branch of global restaurant and bar chain Hard Rock Cafe will offer a vegetarian menu starting Monday until the end of October to celebrate vegetarian month.

The "veggie menu," which showcases vegetarian versions of the original best seller dishes, will be offered. The new meat-free menu includes veggie burgers, veggie wraps, veggie salad, and veggie juices. The Hard Rock Cafe Seoul offers dishes catering to vegan customers as well as other customers.

The main menu includes dishes such as the "spinach potato burger," consisting of a spinach patty with arugula, tomato and cucumber, the "black bean burger," a patty made with black beans, the "buffalo cauliflower wrap," which is a tortilla wrapped with cauliflower, lettuce, classic wing sauce, and blue cheese dressing, and the "southwest tofu black bean wrap," a tortilla wrapped with tofu and black beans.

For salads, the "grilled vegetables and kale salad" and the "tofu ginseng salad" are offered. A colorful range of healthy drinks are introduced such as "beet, orange, ginseng juice," "apple, kale juice," and "pear, cucumber, kale juice."

"The veggie promotion is inspired from dishes around the world. The demand for vegetable-focused menus is on the rise due to the global trend," said Antonio Bautista, chief operations officer at Hard Rock International.

The Hard Rock Cafe Seoul is located inside the Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, eastern Seoul.
