The Grand Hyatt Incheon presents a kids cooking class. The class will take place on July 25, Aug. 1, 8 and 15 at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Executive Chef Timothy Paroulek will help kids cook summer foods, including seafood skewers with chili-rubbed scallops, orange-ginger sesame shrimp and seasonal berry and lemon cream cookie crust. After the cooking class, children will receive a certificate with the chef’s signature, plus a Victoria & Friends apron and hat. The Conrad Seoul’s buffet restaurant, ZEST, presents Sichuan Cuisine Festival featuring acclaimed native chefs from the Hilton Chongqing who will be showcasing the authentic flavor of spicy Sichuan between July 10 and 19.
The list of dishes includes hot and sour soup, Sichuan-style chili shrimp, Sichuan steamed beef, chili chicken, crab with chili oil, egg shrimp rice and mango sago dessert. The Sichuan region is renowned for its hot spicy cuisine using spices, garlic, green onions and chili.
