Lotte Hotel’s Chinese restaurant Toh Lim promotes cuisine from Macau between June 9 and 11. Three chefs from Macao will be in town during the promotion.

The chefs are Lin Zhen Guo, the international Chinese cuisine ambassador and chairmanof the board of the International Chinese Chefs Association, She Hai Shan, gold-medal winner of the International Culinary Competition in Malaysia, and Lin Jien Chang, winner in the dim sum category of the World Chefs Championship.

They will present shark’s fin pancake, fried rice with foie gras and crabmeat and abalone braised in soy sauce with truffles.

Two lunch courses will cost 138,000 won and 158,000 won, while dinners are 195,000 won and 235,000 won. The gala dinner is scheduled for June 11 at 7 p.m. for 400,000 won.
