W Seoul's Namu makes exceptional experience

The W Seoul Walkerhill’s Namu won the best Japanese restaurant award by The Korea Times.

Namu represents the quality of food and beverage services in W Seoul Walkerhill. Namu is a contemporary Japanese restaurant, with 163 seats.

Under “wellbeing” and “style” as the main concept, the kitchen is seeking to maintain the quality of food, while the restaurant decoration is in the latest style.

The main chef is from Japan, yet the second chef also has specialties in the traditional Japanese cooking. The restaurant’s open kitchen section, “FIRE,” shows guests the delicate process of cooking. “ACTION” is a station where customized stirred-fry is made, while “ICE” is a sushi station where customers are served with creative and artistic dishes.
